1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "288wun," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 288wun online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating under international gaming compliance standards.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 288wun platform or who accesses any part of the 288wun website or services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process on 288wun, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is also implied by any subsequent use of the platform, including placing wagers, making deposits, or claiming bonuses, whether or not you have formally completed registration.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 288wun platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

288wun conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration process and at any subsequent point it deems necessary. Members who cannot satisfactorily complete KYC verification will have their accounts suspended and any unverified withdrawals withheld pending completion of the verification process.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 288wun platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 288wun login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any wager, deposit, withdrawal, or account action carried out using your credentials — whether by you or by any third party who has obtained access to them — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 288wun immediately at [email protected]. 288wun will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.2 KYC Verification

288wun applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in line with international anti-money-laundering standards. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

288wun processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. 288wun does not accept cash deposits or payments through third-party intermediaries not listed on the platform.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 288wun balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule. USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 288wun does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary by method: wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically completed within a few hours; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

288wun reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it determines warrants further review under its AML compliance obligations. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are disclosed in the cashier section at the time of the request.

5.3 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in PKR. Deposits made in other currencies, including USDT, are converted to PKR at the exchange rate applied by 288wun at the time of the transaction. The applicable rate is displayed to the member prior to confirmation of the deposit.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 288wun offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing members. All such promotions are governed by the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to members who have completed KYC verification, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it — or winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated explicitly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time limit stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 288wun reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered.
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures through multi-accounting, collusion, or wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit irrespective of game outcome constitutes bonus abuse. 288wun reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings associated with suspected bonus abuse and to close the relevant accounts.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time, unless otherwise specified by 288wun in writing.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on 288wun are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or market, which are accessible within each game's interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between those game-specific rules and these general Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games on 288wun — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer systems supplied by licensed game providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. 288wun does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sportsbook bets placed on 288wun are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds change in real time and the odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment your wager is accepted by the system. 288wun reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already concluded, on manifestly incorrect odds, or where a clear technical error has occurred in the odds display.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wun platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 288wun, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorised use of payment methods, or impersonation of another person.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any member who discovers a vulnerability must report it to 288wun immediately and refrain from exploiting it.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 288wun staff or other members through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

288wun is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide harm minimisation tools seriously — not as a legal formality, but as a core part of how 288wun operates.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
